You can read it on the Shipping and returns page. Digital purchases When you buy a digital title, we email an access code to the email address on your account. Sign in, open the Activate page, paste the code, and the title is added to your account. If asked, confirm your email once. All sales on digital media (streaming content, PDFs and downloads) are final, as set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Your account Use the same email address and passphrase you used to buy.
